“Perfect !”
Lovely boutique Hotel on the way of the 101 Highway. Free parking, very comfortable beds and quiet place. Small but perfect little complementary breakfast (coffee/tea and croissant :-)). Nice staff! And for late comers- the keys will be ready in an envelope with your name on it.

This hotel was unique and charming. The breakfast was simple but of the highest quality. Beautiful croissants, yogurt, granola, coffee and juice. I have been thinking about the amazing croissant long after my stay. Would definitely stay here again.

“Would come back to Paso Robles just to stay here again”
This is one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed at. Paso Robles is a small town, and both the town centre and the train station are within walking distance. The room was spacious, beautifully done up and full of great little details (there are wine glasses and cocktail-making facilities in the room, even though there is no alcohol sold on the property yet). Every room has a super chill little outdoor space, which is delightful. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and there is someone available 24-hours. The hotel also has a selection of beautiful merch and food available for purchase (it's pricey, but oh-so-good). The bed, the toiletries and the bathrobes are luxurious. The breakfast is simple (croissants and yoghurts) with a vegan granola option. I'd come back to Paso Robles *just* to stay in this hotel again.

“Chic and cozy”
Beautifully designed rooms and common areas, the garden with firepits is wonderful to relax. Staff was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the breakfast with high quality food.

“A beautiful mini vacation”
The breakfast pastries, specifically the almond croissant was so delicious, and the yogurt was premium. Everything was just so delightful and charming. We loved staying here!
