I decided not to stay here after I saw the room's condition, it was so stinky, the walkway was so dark and I felt so unsafe. The staff was so bad manners and didn't want to refund my money when I want to cancel my stay.

The front staff is very rude as SHE accusing me cutting the room key chain. I explained the key was detached byitself from the chain. I didnt cut it for god sake. But she accused me that I cut it and warned regarding penalty for the detached key. Very rude staff. It is a malay female wearing scarf. I would not recommend this hotel to others. And I will not repeat a stay here. Very rude staff.
