Lovely hotel, nice clean spacious room, breakfast was excellent!! Swimming pool was great, good size. 1 minute walk to kalkuda beach and less than 10 minutes to passikuda beach. Very very quiet location (as expected) but few restaurants around and shop nearby

Pool was big, lovely and clean. Room clean, modern shower / bathroom. Located just a short walk to the beach. You can hear the sea from the pool. Lovely restaurant just a 10 min walk away.

Spacious clean room and bathroom, really comfortable bed and the pool was great, there was somewhere in the room to lock away valuables and the staff were really kind and helpful, breakfast was amazing!! So yummy and plenty to eat, also the lady that works there was very kind and looked after us well.

Amazing place. The personal is really nice and servicial. The breakfast is amazing, one of the best, local, generous. The pool incredible. The beach is just 2min walking. I highly recommend this place. Thank you very much Pénélope and David

“Beautiful stay, nice pool and great location”

The location was great, close to both nearby beaches but in a quiet area. The pool area was lovely and a clean large pool. The Sri Lankan breakfast was delicious (you have option of English or Sri Lankan breakfast). The room had a great view of beach and a nice balcony, a fridge with bottled water, and a comfortable bed.

Fantastic cook ate dinner here 2 of the 3 nights we stayed should have done one more

“Incredibly pleasant , the best place in Pasikuda at and affordable price”

Everything was just fabulous, especially the staff that was generous with help and smile. The food was always good and the cook ready to prepare your special request. We had fish, and shrimp and they were fresh and cooked perfectly… the pool was very clean and refreshing.

I travel by bicycle around Sri Lanka, and for logistical reasons I always need to overnight in the Pasikuda area. I usually opt for the cheaper accommodations, but this time I thought I'd go for something a bit nicer. This place is fantastic, so quiet, so comfortable. Staff are all really nice, and breakfast was an unexpected bonus, esp as I was checking out earlier than standard. Thank you :) Due to rain, I couldn't enjoy the pool, but it looked fantastic. If you have your own transport, supermarket and beer shop are about 4km away.

Spacious , Rooms and have all the basic facilities value for money , and morning Sri Lanka. Breakfast was good and property is close to other hotels as well which is good ,

The room was clean and spacious and the sea view from the top floor room was nice. Also good sunny balcony. I liked the pool and the food was okay.

The property was very well maintained, the staff were exceptionally good, friendly and hospitable. We were with a toddler and the staff helped us with custom meals and looking after the baby as we travelled in offseason and it was less busy. The property is very close to the public beach.
