“Refundable $50 fee”
The deposit of the refundable cleaning & damage deposit of $50 required upon check-in have not happened yet. It's been over 1 month since I stayed there and I am 100% sure that I left everything in order and no damage occurred during my stay at the room. I would like to know when the refund date will be. It's hard for me to communicate by a phone call since I am not currently in the U.S. Thanks in advance.

“Great place to stay close to the airport.”
Location was great. Great to have restaurant/lounge on site. Driver for the airport van was there right away.

“It far exceeded expectations.”
It was perfect for a stay before catching an early morning flight out of Pasco. Leaving car at the Inn & shuttling to airport was wonderful with quick response time. Loved it.

“totally over priced basic facility”
