“Elegant hotel that we really enjoyed.”
The hotel really spoilt us and we’re so extremely grateful. Had been traveling through the States and this was towards the end of our trip. It was also my hubby’s significant birthday and they upgraded our room and gave a few birthday surprises. So kind! Great location. Beautiful hotel, comfy beds, excellent staff at reception. Hotel has an elegant vibe and great view over city hall. We loved Pasadena.

“Comfy, large rooms near downtown Pasadena high street”
Beds are very comfy, breakfast is great and staff at the restaurant are friendly and tentative. I ended up in a handicap adapted room, which meant a very large room and bathroom, which was nice. Close to Pasadena high street where there are many restaurants and shops, 10 minute walk away.

“Quick trip to see symphony and the stay was easy and B plessant”
Unexciting; jam all the same; ; fruit was good; bacon overcooked Prompt valet service, no wait The room is very dark, stain on blind couch to sit on was very basic budget likened, very comfy feeling in look and style we had to order by blanket from housekeeping
