“It was a shame we were only there for one night. Pasadena and the motel were very cool.”
We loved our stay in your gorgeous motel, the design of the motel is fab. We felt like we were in a movie set. Breakfast provided was great. It was reasonable to stay with you.

Absolutely fabulous place. The staff is extremely helpful. You can ask suggestions for food to sightseeing and they are always ready to help out. 10/10 will stay again if i ever get a chance to visit again.

“We loved that it felt we had went back in time. Bed was really comfortable shower surprisingly powerful”

If you are looking for a genuine Route 66 1960s experience this hotel is it. It has a wonderful pool area surrounded by cabana rooms. There’s a great old illuminated neon sign at night. The rooms are old - but that’s the vibe. If you don’t like genuine 1960/70s this is not for you. The beds are comfortable. It’s really clean. There are nice details like old novels in the rooms. The air conditioning worked well. There is a breakfast served in the lobby included in the room rate. When we checked in the welcome from the young man behind the desk was first rate.

“The Sagar Motor Hotel - a real retro experience with great vibe.”
The Saga Motor Hotel is in my opinion not only a Motel but an experience. The falir and the vibe are amazing. The location is excellent, it is close to many restaurants and some shops. Also 40 minutes walking from "downtown" Pasadena. And 25 minutes walking to the CalTech. I used the swimiing pool, it was great. I like the style of the rooms. I like the style of the lobby/breakfast room. I really enjoyed the stay. The staff was extremely friendly and gave me useful tips. They were always available to talk to. Everything was nice.
