Location was excellent Check in and checkout were seamless; communication was good Smaller hotel size allowed for better service Daily housekeeping is an increasingly uncommon -Did not need to request it each morning -Reception & housekeeping communicated with me to make scheduling adjustments as needed (minor miscommunication once but with no major inconvenience) -Lobby/lounge spaces well appointed Appropriate staffing based on occupancy

When booking the reservation, I included a request for a complimentary parking spot and received confirmation that one would be available. However, upon arrival at the property, no parking space was provided.

“Very disappointed when I arrived in the room. I’d paid a lot of money but the hotel was dated with a superficial renovat”
Staff were very pleasant and responsive. Paid for breakfast 3 mornings and it was very good & very reasonably priced.

Hotel is in a good location, walking distance to the old town and many nice restaurants. The downstairs bar area is quite nice and has a good atmosphrere to relax with drink and some friends.

Our room was not cleaned for two days. We had to ask for the clean towels by the reception.

“Disappointed there were no discounts for the inconvenience of the protesters.”
THERE WERE PROTESTORS IN THE VALET PARKING DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL DOORS. Very confusing and no clear signage to park. Every morning we were told to leave thru the side door.
