“I am very disappointed with booking.com for no response to my email.”
The room was in very poor condition and stunk of drugs. We refused to stay there. The management offered us a full refund, which they told us will be refunded to booking.com. I am still waiting for a reply from booking.com to my email requesting the refund..

“The place you need for a quick work visit to Pasadena.”
Convenient, great value for money. Would stay again in a future visit to the area. Staff was very helpful. Great bed and bathroom. The area is great and it's across the street of an Amazon Fresh!

the lady at the reception extremely rude, the rooms dirty with hairs on the carvings, on the beds and on the pillows. the smell in the rooms ugly. I really lost the money.

The area is what i like about the place near by store and restaurants close to public transportation was very convinced
