You booked one night there as we decided to stop for the night to break our trip. We were coming from luchon driving to Toulouse going through the mountains. The add specified that the front desk was closing at 8pm. We tried calling multiple times as we knew we wouldn’t arrive before the front desk closed and wanted to check if the keys could be left for us somewhere. You could get a hold of anyone and didn’t know what to do as we have to young kids and we’re scared to arrive there and no be able to enter the room for the night. We ended having to book somewhere else as we were scared to end up without any accommodation for the night. We emailed through booking.com to explain the situation and request the booking to be cancelled. Nobody got back to us, and we ended up having to pay full price even though the policy said we could cancel and get half the money back ! Extremely poor service !

“Comfortable short stay”

Lovely comfortable apartment. Pictures do not do the place justice and it was much nicer than we expected. Clean and comfortable for a last minute one night stay in the summer.

Mateho was great! The double room apartment was big enough for 4 men.

We rented three apartments and two were normal, but one was incredible huge. It is located besides a small supermarket.

Very easy to book. Check in was super easy and the person that checked us in was friendly and accommodating. He speaks Spanish, English and French. He also arranged our ski equipment in advance which was great as we arrived later in afternoon and we're rushing to get everything prepared to ski following day. Close to pistas and well designed for skiers and families (we are a family of 5: kids aged 14, 12 and 10).

Clean, warm, basic accomodation, friendly and helpful staff, provided underground parking at a reasonable cost which was a bonus. Close to the slopes so we got going straight away. We would definitely recommend this place if skiing is your main reason for being there.

big, clean property, 5 of us lads stayed here comfortably, others in pas are a lot smaller and claustrophobic, this was a great size.

Location is good - around 250 meters from the slopes. Resort is lively with lots of choice. Apartment was spacious and clean. Lady on reception was really helpful. We got lucky and had no noisy neighbours. Basement ski storage is really good and not too busy in the mornings.

The noise during the night and early hours of the morning of selfish idiots also staying in the building was unbearable 3 times at 2.30AM or 4 AM drunk idiots were hammering on our door to get in as they had lost the ability to read numbers. Broken bottles and beer on the stairs and people shouting all night do not make for a relaxing stay. Definitely not recommended if you have young kids or you want to sleep
