Very quiet location out of town, we were able to store 2 bikes at the rear of the property. Breakfast was excellent with loads of local foods

Friendly and welcoming hosts who couldn’t do enough to make our stay really enjoyable. Lovely pool to use and very comfortable, clean room with every facility you’d ever need. Superb breakfast with so much choice. All freshly prepared and delicious. We loved staying here and it was an ideal stopover on our journey further South. Would definitely recommend and would love to return someday.

Very friendly, generous and delightful host. Charming, well behaved and noble Boxer dog. Superb and very plentiful breakfast. Quiet bedroom and comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Sadly the weather was too cold to relax in the spacious swimming pool.

Great location, room clean and tidy, had use of hot tub/jacuzzi, swimming pool was fab and secure parking in quiet residential area, breakfast was amazing and set you up nicely for the day, hosts were great and very helpful , Would definitely stay again, great for couples.

The room and garden were beautiful, and our hosts were absolutely wonderful! And the breakfast....... Best ever! Thank for the very best of stays.

“Fabulous stay in Parthenay!!”

We booked here to visit friends who live in Parthenay.The hosts Michell & Thierry could not have done any more for us. Thierry even provided our own personal taxi service to go to restaurants & to meet our friends. He even picked us up when we were ready to come back "home". The breakfast provided every day by Michell & Thierry were exceptional with home made yoghurts and compote of rhubarb strawberry, & banana fresh bread and croissants lovely cold meats and cheeses coffee orange juice everything you could want was there! 😋 The garden and pool were loveley, sadly the weather prevented us using the pool apart from one day. I can honestly say that our stay was made perfect by the fantastic service and friendliness of our hosts. We had a brilliant time and could easily have stayed longer! Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit, homemade yoghurts, a selection of fresh bread, cheeses and cold meats. The jams were homemade and delicious. The coffee was plentiful and delicious. The perfect start for a busy day of exploring Parthenay. Our hosts were delightful, kind and very knowledgeable about the area.
