“Nice place, downtown Parry Sound”
The room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. I would guess that they have been remodeled lately, since the bathroom tiles looked more modern. No complaints at all.

No toiletries, although it says here that they are provided. Our power was out when I suddenly woke up at 5am, what? This stay has been a nightmare for me. Staff was kind enough (although I had a very hard time understanding what was being said to me when I called about the power.) I am currently sitting here, crying in the toiletry free bathroom waiting to get the heck out of here. The bed and pillows were awful, had a worse time trying to figure out how to cool the room last night when the heat got to be too much. If I were a person with a bigger mouth I would be asking for a partial refund. I've never stayed in a worse place, and $130 was way too much to stay here. My bad for not knowing Parry Sound had a place like this. I would never recommend, and would never ever stay here again. The title is misleading, pay a little more and stay ANYWHERE else.

Breakfast was a joke, Just grab some basic cereal and slices of bread in reception, no where to eat it etc. Not a continental breakfast by any standard.

“Awesome budget stay on the way through”
The staff was extremely friendly and check up on us after check-in to make sure everything was to our liking. The location is amazing and the town centre just within walking distance.
