“Perfect base for exploring the area with spectacular breakfast”

This was the perfect base for exploring the beautiful coastline and the Picos de Europa. Breakfast was our favourite meal of the day—absolutely delicious, with great coffee and an alternative milk option (soya milk). The fresh orange juice was also the best I’ve ever had! The communication before our arrival was excellent, with clear and helpful directions to the hotel. Highly recommended.

Accommodation was newly decorated, clean in a small quiet village. The breakfast in particular was outstanding.

Great breakfast especially with the wood burning stove. Although it did warm up the orange juice. Room was very nice and clean, great shower. Loved the mirror next to the bed.

We stopped for a one night on our way to Leon – it turned out we ended up in a small, cozy hotel on the edge of the village. Just a few rooms, small reception, direct contact with the owners and nice small lobby at the ground flore make a good mood inside. The room we were given was well-appointed, with carefully selected furniture and it was very clean, equipped with comfortable beds. The sound of cow bells was grazing outside – the hotel is truly located on the edge of the village. Free parking was available on-site.

Simply incredible, the facilities are cozy and elegant. The staff are helpful and welcoming. And the breakfast is the best I've ever had.

We had a very comfortable stay. Everything is thought through to little details and the breakfast is absolutely wonderful.

Everything, no complaints, very nicely tastefully refurbished hotel modern but with character, manager great breakfast was excellent very good nights sleep.

This is a hidden gem that ticks all the boxes. We were welcomed with a big smile, the room was great, and the breakfast was incredible. We feel so lucky to have found this guesthouse and will definitely return if we are ever back in the area.

Fab little hotel with great breakfast. A bit tricky to find but satnav worked well.

Breakfast is a huge spread, lots of people taking pictures, homemade cakes and meat dishes every morning, and it changes daily so not the same thing every morning, it deserves a 5 star rating from me. The rooms were comfortable and came with fully stocked mini bar and coffee pod machine and views of the mountain were amazing, and they allowed dogs

“A been clean and well appointed property near to Llanes”

A good buffet breakfast in a pleasant room. This place is only a 8 minute drive to Llanes town and port so very convenient.

Brilliant value for money. Off the beaten track for sure but very clean and very good breakfast.

Lovely peaceful spot, hard to find on first few times. Staff really nice massive amount of breakfast available. Views over to the hills, decor and touches were ideal for a romantic get a way. Beautiful attention to detail.

“Great scenic views”

Breakfast was superb. Great views around the property. Not the easiest to find but fine as long as you follow the directions which were sent to you.

It's our 3rd stay in this B&B, it is always nice to come back here. We love its quiet surroundings and closeness to the beautiful beaches and to the cosy town of Llanes.

A little tough to find when arriving after dark (follow directions hotel provides including pictures though and it all makes sense) Great little spot, very comfortable rooms and amenities. The breakfast was outstanding. Would definitely stay again
