The clean and welcoming apartment. The pleasant, calm space decorated with style. Well equipped kitchen, useful little coffee machine. Very effective fridge-freezer. Efficient electric hob and oven. Also the washing machine. Large dining table, comfortable sofa. Large screen TV / Radio. Bathroom with good shower. Plenty of hot water from termo tank. Spacious ' conservatory / terrace '. Some original design features such as the bed suspended on ropes and the folding ' bar table ' on the terrace. Friendly neighbours in residential condo at La Caleta. Mercadona or Aldi nearest large supermarkets, towards Puerto del Rosario. Handy local facilities at Parque Holandes Centro Comercial ( within neighbouring residential zone ).

“Perfect”
Jonas is incredible, the place is nice and has everything. The location is perfect, if you have a car everything is in reach, but there is also a busstop next to it. It is nice and quiet and night as well and feels very safe. I travelled as a woman alone.

“Amazing! Jonas and his place”
This place is one of a kind. Amazing how clean it was, how Jonas looked into every detail to make us feel like at home. Bed was super comfy, we had some complimentary stuff in the place and everything was great but the best part was our host Jonas. He is the type of local you always wish to find when you travel as he gives you that extra pinch of amazing experience and knowledge about the place you are visiting. He is also a great kind soul who was very attentive to us sharing a lot of tips and as we didn't rent a car came to pick us at the airport!! I have not enough words to explain how lucky we were finding this lovely person and his place. Thank you Jonas!
