Not much, basic thing-cattle needed!

Very nice apartment with simple facilities that are perfect for a weeklong stay. Sufficient cutlery and kitchenware if you decided to cook your own food, clean and tidy rooms, air fryer, microwave oven, stove, capsule coffee machine, fridge and washing machine is available if needed. There is a closed terrace in front of the apartment if you want to have your morning coffee open-air. Other reviews complained about ants in the house, that can be a problem but if you care enough not to leave any food on the table or kitchen counter they won't be bothering you. We ran into a problem with the key collection as the box at the main entrance was empty and we could not reach the owner immediately, but after we managed to talk on the phone, he asked some tenants of another apartment who took our keys to hand them over so it was solved. There is a fairly big parking space in front of the apartment block so it is not a problem to find a parking place for your car. During our stay, there were not any loud neighbours, we could rest well during nights. The premises of the apartment block are being renovated, so the pool inside the block is out of order and you can see the workers during daytime but they are not making disturbing noises. The bed is ok, not super comfortable but is still in good shape, we didn't have any complaints about it. There is also a nice stash of towels in the bathroom so you don't need to bring your own.

Property is clean and spacious. Pet friendly with a large secure outside patio. Lovely little beach approximately 15 minutes walk from the apartment.
