Small and personal on a small street. Very clean. Pleasant breakfast. Very efficient aircon. Good value for money. Could walk to the Eiffel Tower

“Well located hotel in a quiet residential area with good links to the main attractions”

The hotel is on a quiet street (apart from the start and end of the school day - school is opposite the hotel) but close to lots of local shops and restaurants and good metro and bus connections. We liked our room with a window seat overlooking the street. Most hotel rooms in Paris are small but this was fine for a 3 night stay

Very friendly and caring, so clean, everything in good condition.

Unfortunately there were few positives. Good view of the Eiffel Tower from nearby streets, and a great Korean restaurant nearby.

The room was exactly what I needed as a solo traveller. The hotel was quiet and felt safe. The location was ideal for a holiday of viewing the Parisian sights

The bed was fine. Location was good for my work but nothing special.

Rooms too small . No electric hot water kettle , tea, coffee sachets provided. No Drinking water provided in the rooms.

The was a problem with the heat . 2 of the 5 days of our stay were with no heat in the room . ( our visit was New Year’s Eve ) Every day the water was medium heat , something that troubled us a lot ..

“Extremely disappointing”

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. During our four-day stay, we never had access to hot water for showering. We reported this issue every day. First, we spoke in person with one receptionist, who repeatedly told us that a technician was fixing the problem. However, both the shower and the tap on the second floor never provided hot water, despite being told that it was working on the ground floor. A few days later, we contacted the hotel again by phone and spoke with a second receptionist. We were told that the issue would be forwarded to the manager, but after several days we never received any follow-up or explanation. This made us feel ignored and not taken seriously. We do not believe it is acceptable to welcome guests if the hotel cannot provide basic services such as hot water, nor if there is no willingness to properly address these issues, especially considering the money guests pay for their stay. Additionally, early in the morning the cleaning staff were shouting and laughing loudly to communicate from room to room, showing no consideration for guests who were still sleeping. Overall, a very poor experience that does not meet the basic standards expected from a hotel.
