“Customer service that goes the extra kilometre!”
After taking the early morning Eurostar train from London, we arrived too early to check into our room. When I asked if there was somewhere I could change before going to a client meeting, the kind lady at reception let me use a special mini-gym room that had a shower. I felt refreshed, clean, smart and relaxed when I met my client! Thank you so much Team Victoria!

Beautiful bar area for a drink or to play cards, liked the pool table and the location was a side street so nice and quiet. It was easy to walk to the Metro or any bakery for breakfast. Would be happy to stay there again.

Hotel was wonderful, just as the pictures portray. Great location and very helpful staff. Although we didn't avail of the breakfast it looked good, coffee and cocktails were really good! Amazing local market just a few minutes walk away on the Sunday afternoon.

Absolutely stunning!!! Looks great in the pictures but even better in real life! Great location, so easy to get around Paris. Room was beautiful, staff were super helpful & friendly, food & drinks were delicious. I can’t fault anything here. Would 100% stay here again!
