Friendly, welcoming staff. They’ve created a good vib. Although the room had 8 beds on 2 floors with a spiral staircase, the assigned 2 sleepers on each floor ( helping guests get a better sleeping experience). Be great if they offered coffee and pastries for early checkouts for a small fee ( eg 4am to 6 am- their breakfast starts at 7.30 am) that’s a thoughtful gesture rather than a revenue driver). It’s a good vib place . Try it

I would give this hostel 0 if I could. This was one of the worst hostel experiences I have ever had. I was assigned an upper bunk bed without a safety rail. The bunk bed itself was extremely basic and unstable. It shook heavily whenever someone moved even slightly, which made the upper bed feel unsafe and very uncomfortable. This was not a simple issue of bed preference. It was a safety concern. I have a fear of heights, and I did not feel safe sleeping on an unstable upper bunk bed without any guardrail. I asked the front desk for another bed, but I was told that no alternative bed was available. The room was also stuffy and poorly ventilated. On top of that, the bar downstairs was very noisy until around 2–3 a.m., so I barely slept the whole night. I also asked the front desk to help contact the manager. The staff told me that the manager replies to emails very quickly, but after I emailed the manager, I received no reply during the night. The manager only replied the next morning and refused to take responsibility, treating the issue as a simple “bed preference” problem. Their response was extremely disappointing. They said their beds have had no rails for 40 years and that this has never been a point of claim. In my view, this is not a proper response to a guest’s safety concern. The fact that no one complained before does not mean the bed is safe. Overall, the room quality was poor, the bed felt unsafe, the ventilation was bad, the noise was unacceptable, and the communication was very disappointing. I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend this hostel to my classmates, friends, or anyone travelling alone.

Everything was great, very easy to check in very friendly staff. Was able to leave my bags in the luggage locker after I checked out.

The cleanliness and hygiene of this accommodation are very poor. The shower room has an unpleasant smell, and the curtain is visibly dirty and covered in mold. The shower floor is often very dirty. The bathroom is not cleaned regularly, is always in poor condition, and lacks proper ventilation. Regarding the room, there are no lockers to store backpacks or suitcases, which is a major inconvenience. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable and feels like cardboard.The kitchen is also unhygienic, has a bad smell, and is not suitable for cooking. On a positive note, the staff is very kind.

I met a nice person in my bedroom that helped me feel comfortable. However, I do think they need some silent instructions, because the bedroom was SO NOISY.

The location is great, 20 min walk away from Champs de Mars/Eiffel Tower, Metro Felix Faure is right around the corner. Good and decent restaurants less than 5 mins walking, stores, bakeries, pharmacies and more available walking.

My safe was opened and my boots were stolen. It is cold in the rooms, no one respects other people’s beds; you arrive and I saw a person in a bed that did not belong to them. Be very careful, I had a very bad experience at this place. No one wanted to take responsibility for what happened. They also made a mistake with my check-out: I had booked the hostel for two nights, but they thought I had already left, which shows very poor management by the staff. Additionally, the safe had a code, and even so, it was opened.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the mattresses were comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, with some great restaurants nearby. The metro station is literally just a one-minute walk away
