Location is great. Close to metro stations, 5min walking to park Monceau, 15min walking to Arc de Triomphe. Alsow it is located in quiet area, plenty of shops and restaurants near by. Easy check in, and check out. Great stuff, very kind and helpful. New towels and clean room every day.

Very good location, plenty of groceries nearby, Champs-Elysées is 10 minutes walk. The staff is very friendly and was always ready to help. When we arrived the pan was missing in our room, when we asked it, we have got it quickly.

I am delighted with my stay at the ResidHotel Paris Impérial Rennequin. I was travelling solo to visit exhibitions and I walked absolutely everywhere. Metro stations are handy, but Paris is surely best enjoyed above ground and fifteen minutes will get you to the L'Arc de Triomphe and from there Paris is at your feet. The location is perfect. The 17th is a lovely area, very attractive, quiet and safe with just enough amenities; supermarkets, boulangeries, bistros, asian eateries, pharmacies and boutiques. When I left Paris, it took 45 minutes door-to-door to reach Montparnasse train station by foot and metro. Otherwise, during my week I walked as far as the Fondation Louis Vuitton in the west and the Arab World Institute in the South-East. It was perfect. The two gentlemen whom I interacted with at reception were lovely and extremely welcoming and professional. The building and public area is very attractive, there is a lift as well as a stairs option. Everywhere was clean and pleasant. I was extremely satisfied with my accommodation. The kitchenette certainly had everything I needed and I appreciated the large security box, good shower and big fluffy towels. The room is very spacious. Lots of room to move around, with a large bright picture window, huge bed and generous terrace, plus air-conditioning, all of which I profited from.

The apartment was very comfortable, quiet, clean and had everything that we needed to make our stay are very happy one. The location is superb being in a quiet spot but close to two metro stations, Pereire and Courcelles, (around 500 metres away either one)

i was there with my wife and it was beautiful!!! the hotel lady was very very friendly and helped us in every situation when we was looking for help. the room was also very beautiful and we had enough place. everything was good to reach like 10-15 min driving. if we come back to visit france we will ever come back to this hotel!

There ware a lot of good points, but espwcially the reception staffs are excellent in their hospiyality! When I got trouble in staying or equipment in the room, they always tried their best to support me and gave me the altenative way to get over the problem.

Location was very covenient. Room was very comfortable. My only issue would be with the bath and shower. No grab-rails on the very high bath to get at the shower, so it was quite difficult to get at the shower, especially as I am in my seventies.
