Executive bedroom Walze was excellent and made for a great stay Lots of space, storage, lighting options very flexible, lovely double aspect Bathroom very clean, well appointed with big bath - shower water pressure was average which was only downside Cleaning staff very friendly helpful and efficient with high standards of cleaning Location for exploring the city on foot was very good, especially if you like Asian food and restaurants

Location, spacious room, sauna and swimming pool, all was fantastic.

When we arrived the night staff was wonderful friendly and funny very welcoming. We found the room lovely great location and the next day staff very friendly, room clean, there was use of spa offered and breakfast was available for additional cost. However the night before we were leaving we spoke with the member of staff at reception and asked if we could arrange late check out, we were told we had between 11-12pm to check out anything after 12pm we would be charged. We said thanks and went out when we arrived home it was late and we asked the night staff if we wanted to check out later then 12pm what do we do he advised us to inform the morning staff. We did not check out after 12 we ended up checking out 11:50am. When we arrived at front desk to check out the morning member of staff was extremely rude saying next time you decide to check out late you should inform us and I said sorry we spoke with 2 different members of staff who advised us we only needed to call if it’s after 12pm as we arranged late check out until 12. The lady was incredibly rude rolling her eyes and making us feel uncomfortable I told her again honestly we told 2 different members of staff she huffed and said no you were told call the front desk. I don’t understand that even if it was a misunderstanding between the night staff afternoon staff and morning staff there was no reason to be rude to us. It was a shame because we were made to feel welcome by all the other staff. The hotel was clean in a great location and bed very comfortable.

Vincent at check in desk was extremely helpful and helped with food spots locally. Made my stay enjoyable and made it extra special for my girlfriend’s birthday. I will definitely be returning next year.
