“it was good except for the cleaning people”
the worst part and the total disaster for me was the cleaning people . they were too loud you could hear them from the time you start to the time they finish . talking to each other . no respect for the sleep . I was sleeping and one of the lady opened the door and the light while my room key was put in the thing next door so its clearly someone in the room , then said sorry . next day they knocked also 4 or 5 times each time with a thing to say and I kept saying NO NO NO NO . CLEANING I SAID NO , WATER NO PLEASE IM TIRED I NEED SLEEP . WANT THIS OR THAT it was so bad not to mention the thin walls , especially when a person is on vacation he need to rest and not be waken up from 9 till the cleaning people leave at 2 or 3 . everything was perfect I might come again due to clean room and nice stuff and good location but if you are a light sleeper or on vacation and love to have a good rest after a night out its kinda hard

Good location (close to train station), close to metro - easy to go to the centre. Nice and big "family room" (compared to otherwise very small rooms in Paris). It was close to busy area but in a quiet street

“Pleasant hotel near Gare du Nord”
Clean and comfortable rooms with widescreen TV. Friendly staff member allowed us to check in an hour early as we were tired from a long-haul flight. Good breakfast. Complimentary coffee & tea throughout the day. A short walk to Gare du Nord.

“Lacking in hospitality”
Disappointing stay overall for a 4-star hotel. During our 3-night stay, our rooms were not serviced, and we had to go to reception ourselves for fresh towels. Sadly not the standard we were expecting.

Excellent location 7 min stroll from Gare du Nord. Nice street. Arrived at Gare du Nord, checked into Hotel by 4pm, and then able to walk up to Montmartre for tea in a cafe..

“Great value for money, good location, brilliant stay”
We loved the hotel, great location near the station - handy if you’re traveling by Eurostar, lovely breakfast in beautiful breakfast room, pastries, fruit and Coffee available throughout the day which was a great plus, convenience shop open late opposite the hotel. Could not fault it, great value for the price, would definitely stay again.

“A well-located, quality hotel in a quiet street”
A great location as it's only a 5 minute walk from the Gare Du Nord and a 10 minute walk to Montmartre. There are several Metro stations close by so getting around the city is easy. It's in a quiet street and the hotel itself deserves its 4 star rating. Good facilities.

“Nice hotel for a weekend stay in Paris”
A good and quiet hotel close to train and metro. Free coffee and tea throughout the day. Breakfast was good with everything you need for a good start to the day. Friendly staff

“Unfortunate stay as the hotel is actually nice...”
The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. It had all needed. They have a small gym. The location is O-K, it's between a nice part of the city and a not that nice one, you better then go to Poisonneire train station. Walking to the train station was not an issue. We needed to take Uber 3-4 times as the trains would not go that late.

The location was great - just right for me to access Gare du Nord, as well as enjoying the rest of the city. My room was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was more than adequate and enjoyed the selection on offer. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
