Amazing staff since the beginning of our 3 night stay. The room very comfortable and enough space for 2 adults and 1 child. Breakfast very good. And pool is always a plus when you need a break and chill out

“Great Hotel”

Good location for the Eiffel tower and river Seine cruises. Arc de triomphe & Champs elysee. Hotel staff, room and facilities were all really good. Breakfast was good and plentiful and a reasonable price. Children eat free. Small supermarket, bars, restaurants all nearby were good too. Approximately 30 mins on the metro from Gare du nord station.

“Birthday trip”

Lovely pool and facilities, breakfast was great. Beds super comfy, rooms aren't huge but fine for a couple night stay. Staff friendly and helpful.

“Fabulous”

It was a beautiful charming warm and friendly place and staff. Tasteful and cozy in the city , fabulous facilities felt very intimate in all the communal spaces pool area dining and lounge. They were very thoughtful and empathetic with the difficult circumstance which cut short the stay for some of our party group . Will definately be back soon

“Great stay for local attractions”

The staff was very helpful, informative & friendly. The room had an issue with ants in the shower/bathroom. We were moved with no fuss or stress. When we required guidence on restaurants, the local area or room service the staff was accessible with diverse information. I would diffinatly come back.

Wonderful location. We loved the area and the metro was very close. Staff were sweet and professional! Loved the spa and especially the saunas. Bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was great and very respectful of when we're in the room. Outstanding hotel.

The hotel staff were very helpful, polite, and friendly. The breakfast was also above average. The location is perfectly adequate.

“Excellent stay, coming back”

We loved everything: excellent location, close to public transport, surrounded by different options to eat, yet quiet sleep. Large swimming pool and sauna and steam room are excellent, even the shower in the steam room had different option like like forest shower or waterfall. Swimming pool and facilities are available all day long, no need to prebook, open for kids from 7 am to 9:4 pm. Amazing breakfast, quality food, lots of fruit, salmon.. one can even boil its own eggs :)! Rooms are equipped with coffee, tea, good quality shower gel, shampoo and lotion.

“Excellent location and lovely hotel”

Overall, a lovely hotel in an excellent location very close to a metro station or a 15/20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The staff were super friendly and very helpful nothing was too much trouble. The pool and sauna were an added bonus and a real hit with my niece.
