“Excellent boutique hotel with exceptional customer service!”
Location was excellent, with shopping, attractions, metro/train stations and great restaurants in the area (highly recommend Madie). Staff went above and beyond to welcome us, accommodate our earlier arrival and provide suggestions/advice throughout the week. Beds and pillows were comfortable and we felt the area to be very safe place to stay as well.

“Fabulous hotel”
Great location, really lovely rooms which were next to each other. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. We ordered the birthday champagne, chocolates and balloons which were fabulous and made my daughter’s birthday!

“Cozy hotel with great staff and position”

Super location, right in the centre, but the street itself is very quiet. The room was clean. Small of course, but it’s Paris. Breakfasts are the same every morning but always balanced, tasty. Breakfast room was the size of a large room, if the hotel is full it probably won't always be convenient to do that

We were returning to the hotel for the second year in a row. Great location, friendly staff, they accommodated an early checkin and later checkout at 1pm, plus we got upgraded to the suite.

“Good choice overall.”
The bed and the pillows were comfortable. Very good location, close to many buses and metro station and also at saint lazare station. The staff especially women were friendly.
