The location is absolutely top notch and perfect for exploring Paris. Many of the city’s main attractions, restaurants and public transport connections are within easy reach. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and always willing to help, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The bed was incredibly comfortable, honestly one of the best hotel beds I have experienced. Our room overlooked the inner courtyard, making it surprisingly quiet for such a central location, and we slept wonderfully throughout our stay. The shower was excellent as well, with great water pressure and a very pleasant experience overall. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations.

Great small hotel in an excellent location—everything is just a short walk away. The room is on the smaller side but perfectly adequate, and the bathroom is convenient. Breakfast is standard but good quality. Despite being in a very busy area, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall, a highly positive experience!

Dear Booking.com Customer Service Team, and Management of Golden Tulip Opera de Noailles, I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel in Paris. My sister and I stayed in Room 407, where we shared a double bed. Following our stay, we have both developed multiple painful welts consistent with bed bug bites. This has caused significant discomfort, distress, and concern, particularly given the hygiene and safety standards we expected from a hotel of this reputation. This issue has had a direct impact on our health and wellbeing, as well as our overall experience of the trip. In addition, we are now facing the inconvenience and cost of ensuring that our clothing and belongings are properly cleaned to prevent any further contamination. Given the seriousness of this matter, I would ask that: * This complaint is investigated as a matter of urgency * Immediate action is taken to inspect and treat Room 407 and surrounding rooms * Appropriate compensation is considered for the distress, discomfort, and disruption caused I would appreciate a prompt response outlining the steps you intend to take. I am happy to provide photographic evidence of the bites if required. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I trust it will be handled with the seriousness it warrants. Second time we visited this hotel. Centrally located, only a few meters away from the Opera, perfect to explore central Paris. Absolutelly recommendded.

Breakfast was wonderful and rich, and the staff welcomed us every morning with a smile. The room was always clean and tidy on time, and the hotel is renovated and fresh. The reception staff is great always welcoming and helpful. We even enjoyed room service delivered to us by the friendly reception staff! I warmly recommend this hotel we enjoyed our stay very much.

“Short n sweet n stylish”

Our stay at Golden Tulip was a very pleasant one. The hotel is small but offers great amenities and is very centrally located, just minutes from the Opera House. The staff at reception were amazing—always welcoming, helpful, and supportive. We had a small incident in our room where a lamp broke, and they handled it with such kindness and understanding, which we really appreciated. The breakfast selection was small but fresh and tasty, and the Nespresso machines in the rooms were a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was excellent, with a walk-in shower that worked perfectly, and the provided slippers and bathrobes added to the comfort. The rooms are ideal for couples—cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to Golden Tulip on our next trip to Paris.

“An impressive location for a good price”

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and were fine speaking English. The rooms were spacious and clean. Location was almost second-to-none - I was very impressed. Quiet neighbourhood. Good value for the Tour de France weekend. I think I got a discount. Breakfast was a little over-priced for a fairly simple spread, but still nice.

The location is perfect and the appearance is one of a luxury hotel. Room was large enough. With a well equipped bathroom, that was always clean.

Fantastic hotel, beautiful decor, clean, lovely staff, amazing selection at breakfast and a small bar for a cheeky night cap when we got back!. Room was lovely but a bit too warm and couldn't manage subtle lighting - it was all or nothing!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were super caring 10/10!!! and everything was very clean. The location is perfect — right in the center and close to all the main places. Breakfast was tasty, though a bit repetitive. Overall, a great stay!
