The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day, and the towels were replaced regularly. The hotel is less than a five-minute walk from Saint-Lazare train station and within walking distance of many of Paris’s main attractions.

Smelled like someone had smoked in the room. Curtains didn't close properly so the sun would wake me up. The toilet didn't flush properly. Paper-thin walls let me hear the neighbor just walking around. Staff knocked on the door and barged in even when I answered no. 3 times the same day.. the lamps didn't work.

“Pleasant stay a short walk from the Palais Garnier!”
Since we were attending the opera, this hotel was conveniently located. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the fact that we could get everywhere in the nearby area on foot.

“Family trip to Paris”
The location is amazing, with close proximity to all means of public transport and surrounded by great restaurants and stores. All of the staff we came into contact with were incredibly sweet and helpful. We also had breakfast, which offered a good variety of foods.

absolutely wonderful location! just a walking distance to the opera garnier and galeries lafayette and just a 5-minute walk or less to a lot of really great cafes, restaurants, boulangeries, and fast food places. very close to saint lazare metro station which was definitely very convenient considering we got around by public transport every day. the bathroom was nice. any toiletries you could need were provided, such as hand soap, lotion, shampoo, bodywash, conditioner, etc. they cleaned the room every day and towels and sheets were changed upon request which was good.

Centrally located. Close to metro and RER stations and walking distance from Louvre and Montmartre. Clean room with daily change of sheets and towels. Regular 3rd bed.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast for Paris. Great blackout curtains. Silent room despite the movimentes on the street. I liked the location, near 2 subway station and Opera. Easy to come and go.
