The apartment was clean and enough space for us ( 2 adults and 2 kids). We walked to most attractions from our hotel and it's surrounded by shops, boulangeries, and restaurants, it's hard to pick sometimes.

Great location. Right outside ext 1 chatelet les halles metro and RER. Apartment had great aircon which was essential in heatwave. Really helpful to have small kitchenette with fridge. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Plenty of towels, toilet rolls, tissues in room and more available on first floor if you run out.

Really clean, really central - 1 min from a tube exit. Although in a busy place good soundproofing. All the little food shops you needed for the stay were nearby. Sofa bed really comfy- they often are not.Communication with staff pre arrival & throughout the stay excellent v friendly. Loved the free filtered water refill & tea, coffe & hot choc machine in the foyer. Best & simplest shower I have ever seen in a hotel. Furnishings & fittings were to a very high standard. V well equipped. Great for up to a week stay or longer & fab for out 2 night family stay! Thank you staff at this Citadines! 😊

“Absolute nightmare stay – Complete power outage and zero support”

I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience at Citadines Les Halles Paris. During my stay, the hotel suffered a massive power outage, and the management's handling of the situation was completely unacceptable and they did not stop lying to their guest. When the staff tried to deflect blame, I checked the official Enedis (the national electricity grid) power outage map for Rue des Innocents. The network explicitly stated: "Aucune coupure détectée dans votre quartier" (No outage detected in your district). This proves that the blackout was NOT a force majeure or a city-wide issue, but a 100% internal electrical failure caused by the hotel's own poor infrastructure maintenance. Because of the blackout, absolutely nothing worked. There was no Wi-Fi, no air conditioning, and worst of all, the elevators were completely out of service. I was assigned a room on the 7th floor and was forced to hike up seven flights of stairs. For a hotel in this price range and location, you expect basic infrastructure and a proper contingency plan. Instead, guests were left in the dark—literally and figuratively. I absolutely do not recommend this property until they fix their back-up systems and learn how to handle an emergency. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

We booked a one bedroom apartment which was quiet and spacious. Staff were friendly, area was lively with lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel is very easy to get to from the airport and well located for seeing Paris.

Excellent location for lots of cafes, restaurants, metro, bakeries and Westfield shopping centre. Spacious room and handy kitchenette. Picturesque view from the window over the square with fountain. Really friendly and helpful staff. Reception staff helped us book river cruise with dinner and navigate the metro. Would highly recommend this aparthotel.
