“Good hotel”

The room was relatively spacious and included a small kitchenette, which was very convenient for heating up meals or doing some light cooking. Although we did not have breakfast at the hotel, there were several excellent bakeries nearby offering delicious options. The hotel is located slightly outside the city center, but it is well connected by public transport, with a metro station close by, and Austerlitz Station within walking distance. One of the things I appreciated most was how quiet the area was, which made it easy to relax and get a good night's rest.

We absolutely loved everything! The hotel is located very close to the metro station. The rooms are spacious, clean, and fresh, with large windows overlooking a quiet street. The bed was comfortable, and what we found most convenient was having our own kitchen equipped with everything we needed. We didn't opt for breakfast, but there is a coffee machine and a water dispenser (with both regular and mineral water) available for everyone on the ground floor. There is also a lovely private green courtyard with tables. We would gladly stay here again!

Although slightly away from the main sights, it was in a good location - close to multiple metro stations which take you where you need to go.

Close to 2 metro stops. Kitchen was very well equiped. Staff very helpful and friendly. Laundry possible in basement.

Good location only about 3 minutes walk from two metro stations (Campo Formio and Nationale, on different lines, so convenient for travelling around Paris as a tourist), in quiet neighbourhood. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good-sized room with good facilities. Free coffee and water facilities in reception.

Everything was amazing, a big mention to Svetlana who was so accommodating and so helpful. We didnt got out for a holiday, a family member was ill and so we needed to be near the hospital. The small touches in the room was great as well

The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, and there are multiple metro lines and good restaurants within short walking distance. The hotel staff is friendly, and the rooms are spacious. All in all, it is a good place for a short stay (long weekend).

“Absolute rubbish!”

The breakfast was absolute rubbish! Asides being in a very small place, there are no varieties of food. We couldn’t believe what we saw. Cleaning is only done a day or twice a week which is absurd. They need to decide if the place is an hotel or an airbnb to avoid people expecting way so much. I did book for a hotel and I expected a hotel services and treatment. The receptionist were so lovely. We met with Sabba and she’s a gem. She’s so sweet, friendly and helpful.

“Convenient and comfortable”

Room: comfortable, clean, well-equipped and quite spacious. Quiet. Location: very good for our specific purposes. Generally: only a short walk to metro and buses; two small supermarkets nearby. Close to Place d'Italie, but in a quiet street. Other restaurants and other shops not too far. It is nice to be a bit away from the main tourist hotspots.
