Overall, the stay was pleasant. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, we had an issue with the air conditioning that was never resolved. We called the reception twice and also went downstairs to speak with them in person. Each time, we were told that the air conditioning could not be set above 25°C, but this did not make sense, as the air coming out was not warm even at that setting and the room remained cold. Additionally, we felt the hotel was a bit expensive for the facilities provided. The room is not very large, and for the price, we expected more.

Our ground floor room was a good size and very comfortable, it was easy with our luggage. The breakfast was excellent and a good price. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Location is very great, close to the subway station ( also gare du nord ) and felt safe walking around. And a very beautiful neighbourhood! Staff is very nice and helpful :) The room is small but had everything I needed ( table, tv, clothing rack and also a hairdryer ) and the bed is quite “big” for a single room. Would definitely book again!
