“Mixed feelings”
The service of the pousada was not really great. We arrived early and left our bags in their storage room and when we came back our bags were full of insects. The hotel told us it was our fault and wanted to cancel oue reservation for a solution and they were of no help as other clients were standing next to the reception. They treated us like we were not also client and like we didnt pay for the pousada which is unfair and unprofessional.

“Satisfied”
Staff was very helpful, even got my tension checked when I told them I am feeling sick. They were very helpful responding to our requests. They have a steam sauna + pool - which was nice to use in one evening

“Excellent location!”
The location is the best, very close to the historical center. The shower was hot, the room had AC, the hotel had a game room (with board games and TV) and parking (across the street but close enough) and they served breakfast. I was glad my room was on the ground floor as I didn't see an elevator. The pool was not big but it was pretty and clean

Location is great, room was very clean, all things worked pretty well. Breakfast is ok and not marvelous as i have read.

The place is nice, very well located, the small swimming pool was nice too, there is a sauna that opens at 4pm but we didn't have time to go. The jacuzzi in the bedroom was enjoyable ! The beeakfast has a lot of choice !!

“Spend less somewhere else”
Location is top - at the edge of the center old town - you couldn't park you car any closer. Breakfast is simple but good.

The place is well taken care of. Is beautiful and it is a good location. Less than 10 mins walk from the bus station. Staff is helpfull and friendly. Breakfast is ok.
