“Overall good experience.”
Staff was super nice and helpful. We liked there was parking available. The location was good because it was relatively close to the downtown, however, not too close so it would be noisy.

“Good”
The location was good, and the room was clean and very spacious, although it felt a bit lacking in coziness. When I arrived at the hotel, the balcony door in the room was wide open, and I was bitten by mosquitoes throughout my stay. Maybe mosquito nets on the windows would be a good solution? The breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly. However, when I asked about ordering a taxi (since Uber is quite limited in Paraty), the reception refused, which was surprising, as this is usually a standard service. These points could definitely be improved, but I still recommend this hotel.
