It is a great place, by the beach truly, safe location, everything to do by walk, you can just get up and have a swim. Juts a bit difficult to find by taxi at first as the adress is not the same but the owner helped. Better maybe to have the romm upstair to have more privacy during the day as there is only one door/window. No AC which is fine but the fan needs to be change, it can be humid overwise.

“Hole -in-the-wall accommodation”
We got the flat on the ground floor by accident. As the photos are misleading, we thought we would have access to a shared veranda/an outdoor space. In reality, what we got was a long cavern with little privacy as it opens directly onto the pavement. It is right across Pontal Beach indeed but there is no way you can enjoy the seaview from the flat. Definitely a great disappointment in a dream place like Paraty.

“Cute place in perfect location”
A perfect place for us! Apartment opens to direct street access and beach is a minute away. Next door is a simple ‘cafe’ where you can sit and have coffee, beer and some lanches. Lots of live music around and we’re very happy to have chosen this part of Paraty to stay! Host is also lovely and in good communication if needed.

Perfect location right on the beach and close to centre. Very comfortable space very friendly and helpful host. The kitchen was very well equipped and a comfortable bedroom!
