“A true Oasis”

Beautiful rooms, the whole pousada is beautifully styled. The staff and lovely and welcoming. The rooms are super comfortable and clean. A true Oasis.

Property not accessible by car but we were met immediately on arrival in Paraty and our luggage transported. We were given a room upgrade which was wonderful. All the staff were so friendly. It has a lovely outside space where we had a fabulous breakfast. The location is perfect.

The property is beautifully presented and restored. Comfortable rooms and beautiful comfortable common areas and pool. The staff were so helpful and accommodating and made our stay special. All the tour recommendations and restaurants suggested were excellent.

“One of the best places I have ever stayed”

Lovely breakfast with eggs to your preference, amazing fresh fruits, granola and yoghurt and freshly squeezed orange juice. I felt so at home, the staff are lovely, bed is very comfortable and I spent the evening sitting in the beautifully designed living room reading my book. Tea and coffee with delicious homemade cake is available every afternoon. The feng shui of the pousada is so great, I am inspired for my own home to have a similar layout and design! Also great location making it easy for taking tours and wandering in the town and taking photos.

“Beautiful oasis in the historic quarter”

The property is gorgeous. Location is ideal in the middle of the historic quarter. Rooms were lovely (we were very kindly upgraded on arrival) Loved the hammock & loungers by the pool & enjoying breakfast on the porch was a great way to start the day. Staff were very friendly & really helpful, especially Junior who also arranged a boat trip for us & put together a delicious breakfast. We loved it.

Small boutique Pousada, spotlessly clean in quiet location in the old town. A real find! Lovely staff who go out of their way to help and make the stay amazing! Beautiful breakfast too. Will come back ! Thank you all working there.

“Perfect stay!”

Perfect stay! At the heart of the historic center. Perfectly decorated, with peaciful bossa nova soundtrack at the back and great breakfast, with tapioca, eggs, fresh fruits. The room was so cozy and delicious that we didn't want to leave. We would definitely come back.

“Cute little boutique town house in the centre of Paraty”

Mattress, bedding and pillows were incredibly comfortable (mostly Trussardi and KOTN which was a surprise). Staff were lovely. Gave us a little beach kit with towel which was a nice touch. View from the family room was lovely. Nice garden terrace.

The location was excellent- we were at the centre of the historic town, but in a quiet side street. The house was absolutely beautiful, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. It really felt like a private experience, especially one morning when we were the only guests in the pousada! I've never stayed in such a magical place.

Great staff. Feeling of staying at a family house, very private, well appointed and decorated house, suites and public areas of the hotel We experienced a problem with hot water which the team tried to fix by local engineer, it took a few days,

“Wonderful hotel in the middle of Paraty”

We couldn’t have been more happy with our choice. Casa Simone is a little oasis in the middle of Paraty, and we were so lucky to have it all to ourselves. It’s a beautifully renovated colonial building, the rooms are super clean and comfortable, and the staff is outstanding. We also very much enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace in the morning. We can wholeheartedly recommend Casa Simone!
