The location is the apartment is really close to the city center and also without so much nature that you feel like you aren't even in a city. Wonderful!!

“Amazing house for a stay!”
Gorgeous space! Had everything you could need including a washing machine and dishwasher, modern features, and a charming vibe. The house is inside a village of other houses so you must enter through the gate then walk to the correct block. Short walk to the centre (10 minutes walk)

Delightful house 10 mins walk to the old town. Comfortable, safe and all the amenities needed! Highly recommend for a couple staying in Paraty.

“A piece of paradise in beautiful Paraty”
The calm oasis of the entire grounds. Easy walking to the tourist area with a sanctuary to retreat to. Very comfortable spacious apartment with everthing you need. We found it very hard to leave the apartment balcony it was so relaxing. Would of stayed longer, but it was booked. Owner speaks English and was very helpful but not intrusive.
