“Hassle free and comfortable”
Staff are approachable and friendly. Hotel close to the historic centre within walking distance. Accommodation is comfortable with serene nature. Breakfast and afternoon tea are excellent, using fresh ingredients.

I can’t speak highly enough of our experience at Carpe Diem. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfy. Breakfast and afternoon tea was a brilliant. Only a few minutes walk to the historic centre but far enough away to feel quiet and secluded. Worth every penny

Best breakfast!!! We got so spoiled with everything freshly made that we were dissapointed for the rest of our breakfasts during our trip. Staff was really nice and helpfull at all times.

Beautiful views from the bedroom, lovely friendly reception staff. Delicious breakfast and midafternoon tea. I ended up spending more time in the hotel than exploring because it was so comfortable!

“Perfect place to relax.”
The hotel was beautiful, the staff were excellent and very attentive. The breakfast was brilliant. The hotel also does coffee and cakes for free between 5 and 7 this was a lovely touch. The cakes were phenomenal. Highly recommend.

“Amazing Hotel & Crew”
Enjoyed a week at this amazing place, Renata and her crew created a marvelous hideaway with attention to details we haven‘t barely seen anywhere else. From the picturesque garden with a high likelihood to watch gorgeous birds, over to a uniquely restored historical building with a lot of soul/love included in each room to the hospitable atmosphere created by Renata, who always took her time for a nice chat even at busy times. The cooking ladies ensured another highlights with delicious breakfasts and mouth-watering cakes during tea time

“The most beautiful 2 night stay at a truly boutique hotel with wonderful staff!”
Staff were absolutely amazing - so friendly & helpful, location was perfect (5 minutes walk to the historic centre/ cobbled streets) - hotel is located on the nicer side of town. Super secure - fob to enter the hotel, also makes it very peaceful. We were given a free upgrade which was an amazing surprise! Breakfast was excellent and free afternoon tea every day was a great bonus. Room was perfect, and the hotel overall is gorgeous - would definitely recommend!
