This stay truly exceeded my expectations! Everything was spotless - the whole place was super clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable. I especially appreciated that there was always plenty of hot water available, no matter the time. The mini-kitchen setup was perfect - it’s separated from the room by a small hallway, which made it feel more spacious and practical. It was equipped with everything one might need, all the kitchenware was brand new, and the hot plate stove was sparkling clean. The bathroom was also brand new, very nicely designed, and had a great floor plan. The room itself is very spacious and actually feels larger than it looks in the pictures. The location couldn’t be better - close to the beach but still in a peaceful, quiet area. The hosts were very kind and welcoming, and they even let us keep our car parked in front of the property after check-out, which was a huge help. Overall, a fantastic stay - highly recommended!

The apartment looks just like in the photos – clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. It has a kitchen with all the necessary utensils, so cooking is easy if you want to prepare your own meals. The WiFi works very well. Parking is on the street, but we had no trouble finding a spot. The location is ok – just a short walk to the beach and promenade, which is a big plus. The hosts were friendly and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant.

We absolutely loved our time here! The location couldn’t be better—just a 2-minute walk to beautiful Dionissiou Beach, which made our mornings and evenings so relaxing. The apartment has been freshly renovated and is spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail and comfort. A special mention goes to Yanis, the host—extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. His local tips made our stay even better! Honestly, don’t hesitate—this place is incredible value for money. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to come back!

Angela and her family were very nice and welcoming. The place is newly renovated, with light minimalist décor and everything was absolutely sparkling clean! The bathroom was great too and the outdoor sitting area was a nice bonus.

We rented two apartments. Accommodations are excellent, in a peaceful and quiet place. The rooms are the same as in the pictures, everything is clean and tidy. The owners of the facility are wonderful people, they were available at any moment when we needed something. Deal with them in a few seconds. Dionysou is a suitable place for families with small children, there is no crowd on the beach (except on weekends, it gets a bit crowded but there is space for everyone). All positive recommendations for the owners, my family and I would love to be their guests again.

For me, everything about this property was perfect. Collected from Bus Station on arrival, taken there on return. Everything very clean. Plenty of hot water, good shower strength. Close to supermarket, bars, restaurants, beach. Outside relaxation tables/chairs.
