“Amazing stay at Appartments Dimitra”

We liked everything :) The landlords Thamis and Elena were very nice. The appartment was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything necessary to prepare your own meals. Thamis welcomed us when we arrive and showed us few mini markets and places around the appartmen. Elena gave us directions to some specific Greek restaurants that we vistited. The appartement is 4-5 min walk from the beach. The beggining of the sea is a bit stoney but going further you can feel the fine sand under your feet. The place has its own unbrella and chairs that you can bring with you on the beach so you don't have to worry if you don't have umbrella :)

Elena and her husband are wonderful hosts, they make you feel like one of the family. The apartment is spacious and clean, you have acces to beach chairs, umbrellas and bicycles if you want to use them. Can’t wait to return, simply wonderful ❤️

Elena and Themis are the most kind host i’ve ever met. They made us feel the real warm greek hospitality, being always really welcoming and available for every question or need. The apartment was really nice and comfortable, it had everything we needed, from the bathroom to the kitchen, which was fully furnished. The placement of the house is simply amazing, in a couple of minutes you can reach everything you need: bakery, pharmacy, super market, bars and taverns, and the beach, which is really really beautiful. ps: you can also enjoy the view of Olympus from the beach

Everything is very close. The bakery is across the street, the beach is 100 meters away. Restaurants are also very close as well as a large cake shop.

Perfect location. Bakery 20 metres. Small supermarket 100m. Beach 3-4 mins walk. Bars/restaurants (in season) 4-5 mins. Hosts very helpful and friendly. Plenty of street parking outside property. No street noise apart from occasional barking dogs. Very good sized apartment. Good strong shower. Plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed. 7-8 mins. drive to local inland non-tourist village with choice of 3 local tavernas. Only a few mins drive (or 35-40 mins walk along quiet beachside road) to nearest town Nea Moudinia. Out of season it's very quiet - I've been there in and out of season and I liked both. Going back next month, but apartments fully booked and owners have recommended a nearby small hotel.

When we got there the owners were waiting for us, very nice people, the apartment was great, very clean and everything you might need for your stay. The rooms were big and the beds were very comfortable, plus Aircon in each room. Nice big fridge and a plus ,a kettle. Mosquito nets on all of the doors, and the bathroom was very nice, also a washing machine. The apartment was only a 2 minute walk to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. Plenty of parking, and we had free beach chairs and umbrellas. If you are looking for a great place in a small village, I would recommend this place 100%. Would go back again sometime.

We had a wonderful stay at the Dimitra apartment! Elena's hospitality exceeded all our expectations; I can't imagine a better host. The apartment is clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and is located in a fantastic spot. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Very hospitable and helpful hosts, apartments are spacious, cosy and comfortable. There are two well stocked supermarkets. The sea was clean and warm.

“One of the best apartments I've stayed in Chalkidiki”

Everything was perfect! The apartment we had was very comfortable, has two spacious bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment, separated by a kitchen (all with a separate entry - perfect for a family of four), and we also had a huge balcony that also had a table with chairs. The beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean, the internet connection was great, water pressure and hot water was excellent at all times during the day. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the apartment and it's also very spacious. If you don't want to pay for sunbeds, no worries: the hosts provide beach chairs and umbrellas for free, and they also have two bicycles which you can free of charge. Jelena and Themis are fantastic hosts, they are very welcoming and friendly, and they are gonna provide you with excellent hospitality.

I'm really happy that i found this place. Very close to the beach, the design was very pretty. The owners of this place are super nice and kind! We had an opportunity to borrow a bikes from them, they help us a lot with a places to visit and tips. I recommend everyone who wanna rest on holiday this place!

The perfect hosts. Themis and Yelena could not have been more helpful, which made my stay in this gem of a village even more enjoyable..The quality of the accomodation was beyond my expectations. Very comfortable beds great wifi and very spacious balconies. I would definately return and have no hesitation in recommending Dimitra Hotel.to other visitors..

the host is very helpful, the apartment very clean

The hosts are excellent, very friendly and responsive. Jelena speaks both English and Serbian. The facility is relatively old, but the apartment is very comfortable which includes two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two separate beds. Also, the kitchen is well equipped with a big refrigerator and stove, so there is enough room for decent meals to be served. If you love to cook, the host will allow you to take some herbs such as basil, mint or rosemary from their garden. The bathroom is tiny, but you will get used to the small space. There is a boiler to complement the solar system of hot water, which is not often the case in Greece. The facility is clean, sheets and towels, too. There is a bakery across the street, but they are a bit noisy early in the morning. If you plan to go on the beach out of the beach bars, the host will provide you with beach chairs and even sun umbrellas, all for free. Two bicycles are at the disposal of the guests, as well. All in all is recommended!
