Thanks a lot for the help and hospitality of the hosts. My family missed their connection and had to stay at the airport 9h. You have to know that you CAN’T spend night at the airport, the seats there 0 comfortable even to seat. I’ve booked this hotel at 22:00, and at 22:30 they were already in the hotel. The hotel offered them free transfer from and to the hotel. That’s was really nice and important for my family. It was their first flight far from home. They were stressed to miss the connection. The host prepared them a delicious dinner. Also, the hotel is flexible with the currency you pay, which makes the stay even easier. Many thanks to the owners of the hotel!

“The best accommodation ever for airport layovers!”

Hosts were amazingly hospitable. Since our flight was early in the morning (we departured at 4 AM), we didn't want to have breakfast. Lovely host Anush arranged a delicious dinner instead of the breakfast within half an hour of our arrival. She also gave us some fruits, toy and sweets for our child. In the end she organized our transfer to the airport free of charge and woke up before 4 AM to say goodbye. I give my biggest recommendations, as many other reviews I saw when choosing this object.

The nearest apartment from the airport. Hosts are great and hospitable. They meet us from the airport and offered the transfer to airport for free. The breakfast was good and delicious. The apartment is equipped with all necessaries for the comfortable stay.

Great location, wonderful and friendly host. Served a hearty dinner (paid separately) and a hearty breakfast (included in the booking fee), arranged a transfer back to the airport. No complaints, thumbs up, recommend everyone for a night stay close to the airport, great choice!

Very friendly host who met us at the airport. The place is 5 min drive from the airport. We arrived late in the evening and were served a delicious dinner. The area is quiet, we slept peacefully.

Nice , clean and comfortable

The apartment is newly reconstructed and clean, well located, close to Jerevan's airport. If you need to do the transfer to another flight and stay during a night (or more nights) in Jerevan, as we did, I can highly recommend. The owner is nice and polite, she can arrange a transfer from airport to the apartment for very good price. We traveled with our children and they received lots of gifts, sweets and fruit as well as home made limonade. If we travel to Jerevan we will defintly come back again. The owner came to the apartment to assure a trasfer for us back to the airport at 3.30 a.m. as we had following flight at 5.40! She slept only few hours to be sure we get well to the airport And on time! Amazing!

“Excellent for getting some sleep before an early flight”

Clean apartment near the airport, with a large and comfortable bed. Coffee and fruit are available. Everything with excellent value for money. The guest lady was quite helpful in arranging everything, although the initial communication via WhatsApp was not easy (as a foreigner in the country, I have a limited data plan, and information gets lost in translation sometimes).

The owner was very kind and helpful, perfect communication. We had everything we needed in the apartment.

I have booked the apartment for my father connection flight. He was picked up from the airport and next day brought back to the airport. Owner family is very nice and the service was exceptional.

The host lady was really helpfull in arranging a taxi for us and we appreciate her engagement. She brought us a basket with fruits and her husband brought us on the airport for free.
