The hotel is really close to the airport, clean and tidy, very comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the service is excellent. You can order your meal 24/7, the food is delicious. Our breakfast was large, varied and really tasty. We're very happy with our stay in Lux Plaza. Recommended

We had to stay here unexpectedly due to a flight cancellation. Overall, everything met our expectations and it offers good value for money. One of the highlights was the 24-hour kitchen — we were able to order proper food late at night.

“Stay near Yerevan Airport”
It is located near airport (700 meters away), that is convenient for changing planes in Yerevan. Otherwise I would prefer cleaner surroundings. Breakfast is included in the price and was served to us at 2:30 AM as we had an early flight, that was great!

Great location just near the airport (5mins taxi), very helpful staff that organized transfer and breakfast to the room at the time I wanted. Perfect for overnight if you have connecting flight in Yerevan

“Very basic hotel with a very simple breakfast”
The location. For those who need proximity to the airport, I think you will not find anything closer than this. The personnel is normal, nothing special about staff. The area is clean enough, all the basic amenities are available.

I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The first room I was given smelled terrible, so they moved me to another one. While the second room didn’t smell as bad, it was still extremely dirty. In the bathroom I found a cockroach, and on the floor there were already crushed cockroaches. The bed linen was poorly washed – there were visible dark stains on the sheet and pillowcase. The towels were gray instead of white, which made them look old and unclean. The worst part was when a flea jumped out of the blanket I was supposed to use. This was one of the most unhygienic hotel experiences I have ever had, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Good place! The stunning thing about it is that I arrived at 2 am and I was very hungry. But the kitchen wasn’t closed and nice woman from the reception had brought me some pancakes with meat!

“Convenient location”
Walking distance from the airport at about 10 minutes along a safe road, so location is very convenient. Breakfast was quite nice, if included in the room rate (I would not pay much extra for it). Beds and shower are ok, and there is a minifridge. Staff is friendly.
