Definitely recommend! The room was very clean and comfortable. The owner was so kind and helpful. Everything looked exactly as advertised. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked brilliant to cool down in. Very close to the airport. The owner offers transport to/from the airport for a reasonable price.

We were picked up from the airport at night and driven to the property, which was very convenient and pleasant. Check-in was on time. It was very hot in Yerevan, but the air conditioning worked well, so we were able to get a good sleep after a night flight.

“Better to spend a night at the airport itself, if you are in transit”
Location: It is not a walkable distance from airport as projected. No eateries/ restaraunt in this place; uou might carry stuff to cook in the common kitchen

Very friendly staff! My mom had night arrival to the airport so I asked to meet her at the airport with a name on a paper. They met her and drop to the hotel, also they drove her back for her departure flight. Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Amazing people. Thanks to Laparit ❤️
