The owners are so welcoming, you will feel right at home! It's one of the few structures which is actually near the airport. It's situated right in the middle of a vineyard. It's a recently built construction, and it's not within walking distance of any store, but the owners fill the fridge and the room with anything you may need. It's a little peaceful paradise.

“Wow, the view :)”
The owners were super kind. We didn't have internet and we were not able to communicate with them when we arrived by plane at 22:00. But when we reached the house around 23:00 they were there, waiting for us, smiling. They showed us the house. The room was super huge with an amazing view of ARARAT. Thank you

“Great place, even better hosts”
The most amazing people, who offered us more than we could ask for. The house is new, clean and close to the airport. We even got a lift to the airport early in the morning.

“Lovely stay by an apple orchard”
I had a restful stay at ARM Garden EVN Zvartnots. This is a lovely place located in the middle of an apple orchard, close to the airport. It is a clean and well-equipped house with barbecue facilities, a laundry machine, a stove, and a small refrigerator. The host, Arman and Gohar, are the friendliest people with exceptional hospitality. I highly recommend this place.
