“An easy ten out of ten if it was n't for the breakfast”
An amazing huge room in a very historic building - presumably an old manor house. Incredibly atmospheric with a stand alone bath sited within a huge inglenook fireplace. Visually stunning. Exceptionally comfortable bed. Onsite parking. Easy two or three minute walk to great local bars and restaurants. Memorable property.

Ideal location to explore the Sil Valley monasteries, vineyards and treks. Substantial gardens and easy parking. Great bar and restaurant with great staff. The included breakfast was really good and dining in the restaurant was excellent. The rooms ( only 6 or 7 ) were full of character in a stone-built rectory next to the old church in the centre of the village. Bathrooms were large.

“Beautiful hotel in a friendly village”
Fabulous hotel. Clean, modern decor mixed with the old building, good location for exploring the Sil valley and very close to a couple of good bars and restaurants Jose Antonio greeted us warmly and gave us advice on where to go for food and also where to visit. The room was stunning.

“Lovely little place”
Customer service was excellent. The room was very comfortable and the location was very central in the village and surrounding viewpoints. Great breakfast too. Michelle who served us breakfast was lovely and also English and she gave us some recommendations for thinks to see and do in the area but as we only stayed one night this was a little late for us.

Bed was very comfy and the location is lovely. Not much English spoken but that’s not really an issue. Lovely setting and excellent for walking in the Canon de Sil. Room is modern and well decorated.

“Excellent hotel, but incorrectly recorded in navigation applications.”
The navigation program led us to a closed entrance. The correct entrance is 200 meters away!!! I had to spend money on international calls to figure it out. It is advisable to hang an explanation in English on the closed gate with the address of the correct entrance.
