“Cozy, family atmosfere”
In the Property there is very family, cozy atmosphere. You can feel there as family part. Staff is very helpful and communicative. Local breakfast was tasty and we were all full after eating it:D If we are in the neighbourhood, then we will come again!

“We had a perfect stay”
We had the blue room and it was fantastic! Very clean and comfortable and made with love. On our arrival we could park the car directly in front of the house and Bojan, the owner, surprised us with a wonderful little ceremony by gifting us a homemade drink and sweet fruits, we felt very welcome. The breakfast was very good, omelette and lots of other good things. Everyone spoke a good English.

“Highly recommended stopover”
We had a perfect stay here on our way to Turkey. The location is excellent, just a short drive from the highway, which made it very convenient for our trip. Communication before arrival was smooth, and arriving late at night was no problem at all. The room was wonderful – beautifully arranged, spacious, and perfectly clean. The owners are outstanding: warm, attentive, and very easy to communicate with, which made us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was excellent as well – rich, varied, and delicious. Highly recommended for anyone traveling in the area!

Very nice and kind host! Family run business with a lot of personal approach, always a pleasure to support family business. The room was nice, very clean and offered us all the comfort needed for a transit accommodation. Parking place it's available and it was a big plus for me since I was traveling with my car and a motorcycle on trailer. I saw they also have a charging station for electric cars. Breakfast was delicious . 50 m from the location you can find a Supermarket with everything needed. The location it's close to city center. Me and my family felt very good and I can only recommend this accommodation.

Exceptionally friendly owner, very welcoming, care for the guests that I have never experienced. Delicious breakfast. Close to the centre, so we had a nice evening walk and dinner in a restaurant recommended by the owner.

Good location and cleanliness. Perfect place for transit location when traveling to the south of Europe. Host - very friendly, perfect communication and very pro-active. Very nice breakfast and Serbian hospitality. Highly recommend.

“Paracin is a lovely place but the Villa Modex made it very special”
Such a warm, genuine welcome, I had not had the best day but everyone made me feel welcome. They ordered a Pizza for me to have with some beers in the lovely lounge area. I booked an additional night and the 2 breakfasts I had were simply wonderful, I felt so much better when I left, thank you guys xx

“Great stay, excellent food, welcoming hosts”
Splendid and spacious hotel, with the most amazing miners's portion size breakfast ever seen - a must try! Most welcoming and charmingly entertaining hosts (thanks for making us laugh a lot) welcome drink, superb bed, nice decor, cleanliness. For us was a holiday stopover, would also suggest for business trip, won't get disappointed!

“Amazing for its price”
Extremely friendly staff that did their outmost best to make us feel at home. Not the definition of "modern", yet very clean and it feels like my grandmother's house!
