Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The reception staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions. The hotel offers an amazing view, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options.

“I wouldn't stay anywhere else”
Very nice hotel, staff were attentive and friendly. The food was exceptional, we had lunch, dinner and the buffet breakfast at the hotel and were delighted with everything we ate. The room was of a very good size with a sea view from the balcony, the bed was very comfy and the room came with a ceiling fan and air conditioning to cover all bases. All items in the room were functioning correctly and didn't seem dated or in need of replacing. The pool looked clean although we didn't end up using it and towels are provided, staff were doing their best to keep birds away and the beach was cleaner than that of the adjacent 5 star hotel. The gym facilities looked good and there was a games room with free access to pool tables, table tennis and table football.

“Good option for a calm place”
Room was big and services were overall comprehensive, albeit we had little time to enjoy most of them unfortunately. Direct access to the beach and large swimming pool

Incredible stay in San Agustin! The location is perfect! Only a few minutes walk from the main strip. The hotel room was very spacious and the amenities were great! We enjoyed the pool, the bar and the games room! We met a fun couple and we played volleyball and then went out together.

This hotel has beautiful grounds and one of the world's best views. Good location. Excellent staff who are very service oriented. Great playgrounds for kids. Good breakfast.

“Hotel with Ocean view and swimming pool”
We can enjoy the view of the Pacific Ocean from all the rooms in this hotel. The large swimming pool facing the ocean is so beautiful and is the best facility for relaxation in this hotel. The friendly staff at the lobby, pool, etc. helped us relax.
