“1 night stay”
The staff were lovely, the girl that checked me in couldn't speak any English but I had no problems when speaking Spanish with her, and she spoke a little slower for me to understand which was nice. The rooms are basic but clean, and yes the chef was making noise when making breakfast, but she was whispering when serving so she was making a conscious effort to be as quiet as possible. The bad reviews really worried me but I'm glad I chose to ignore them, there was nothing bad at all. I also had no problem with entering/exiting the building. The windows do open out into an interior courtyard, but that seems to be the style in that area

“Great hostel with really friendly staff”
We loved our short stay at Hospedaje Mary! It was clean, possible to get the room at 10am when we arrived (otherwise leaving bags was possible), the staff were really kind and helpful - they arranged a scooter for us to rent for a day (80 soles) to go around the national park. Their tour of Pisco and Huacachina with buggies looked really good too! Breakfast was scrambled eggs, bread, jam/butter, orange juice, tea/coffee - simple and delicious.

“Sparkling clean bedding”
The bedding and towels were really clean. It seemed brand new. It's really nice that we could use the kitchen, which was clean, and well organised. Having breakfast is a plus. Close to everything. Nice shared space and nice owner.

Nice place in Paracas. There was proper hot water in the shower. The breakfast was also good. They have quite nice checkout time.

Clean rooms in good condition. Nice hot shower with good water pressure. Common area was clean and also cozy. Did not use the kitchen so can't say much about it. Friendly cat named Panda living there. Good price.

“Really lovely! Decent breakfast, attentive staff and a great night sleep”
Perfect spot, close to the beach but far away enough that there was not much street noise. Mary was super lovely, made sure we were happy and comfortable and gave recommendations for food and activities
