Very personal, amazing breakfast (especially for Italy!), good coffee, comfy beds, nice pool to dip, the town was surprisingly nice also with a nice piazza and some bars.

We haven’t experienced such a fantastic stay in a long time. This was without a doubt the highlight of our holiday in Puglia! Richard & Marco truly know how to deliver top-notch service from beginning to end. From the welcome drink to the delicious breakfast and their amazing tips about local hotspots: everything was taken care of perfectly. The design of Palazzo Piccinno is stunning, the room was stylish and comfortable (with a wonderful bed) and the pool was simply fantastic. The delicious breakfast easily deserves a 10+. We will definitely be back and wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone!

This was… a dream. What a magical and special place. The palazzo has been beautifully renovated with such eye for detail. It’s located in an authentic Puglian town with great dining spots and just a short drive from stunning beaches. Richard and Marco are the warmest, most thoughtful hosts. Another day in paradise – Palazzo Piccinno. A soft breeze rustled the banana tree leaves, the pool water gently rippled, quiet piano music floated through the air, and in the distance, church bells rang. Our final moments in paradise – peaceful, timeless, unforgettable. We spent five incredible nights at this beautiful palazzo in Apulia. The setting was stunning: a dreamy room full of italian character, a serene pool, and delicious, lovingly prepared breakfast each morning. What made this stay truly exceptional, however, were the two remarkable hosts. Marco and Richard. Warm, intuitive, mindful and endlessly attentive. They seemed to know what we needed before we did. Their care, attention, recommendations for restaurants and beaches were spot-on and made every day feel effortless and special. This palazzo doesn’t just offer beauty and comfort – it comes alive through the heart, energy and presence of its hosts and the people who surround it. Every day was truly another day in paradise -again and again. Gonna miss you both and your unique hand-written notes. We can’t wait to return.

We had an amazing stay at Palazzo Piccinno! From the very first moment, Richard welcomed us with a warm smile and a glass of wine, so kind, friendly, and genuinely attentive. He truly took the time to make us feel at home, pampering us with everything we could have possibly wanted and more. The breakfast was absolutely incredible, generous, delicious and beautifully presented. The palace itself is tastefully designed, with so much charm and elegance in every detail. The Palazzo is a slice of paradise in Apulia. It is beautifully stylish, with a lovely garden and pool area. The room was great (I didn't want to leave the bath tub), as was the delicious breakfast. However, the best part has to be Richard and Marco's hospitality. They make you feel as if you're guests in their home and shared so much knowledgeable of the surrounding area, including what to do and where to visit.

After an amazing and dreamy two-night stay at Palazzo Piccinno, we can say this is the best accommodation we've ever stayed at in Puglia. We have nothing bad to say, everything was perfect—the room, the pool, the breakfast, but above all—the people. Everything has been thought through down to the last detail - the light, the scent, the music. The moment you enter this palazzo, you dive into another world and let go of your worries. But what really makes this place special are Marco & Richard. From the very first moment, they make you feel at home. We felt incredibly comfortable, cared for and protected. Even more than that. We felt as if good friends had invited us into their home. You also need to mention the incredible breakfast. Everything is so delicious. And Richard is really taking care of your preferences. Everything at Palazzo Piccinno is excellent, Richard and Marco are the best hosts you could imagine, full of care and attention to details. We never experienced such a tailored service and we felt so lucky to have spent 5 days at this beautifully renovated Palazzo. Fragrances around the Palazzo are excellent, from the aromas in the lobby to the soaps, to the smell of fresh bedsheets. Breakfast is served with tasteful and visual delicacy, and a surprising quality of all the ingredients. The swimming pool at night followed by a chat around the fire...dreamy. 10 is quite not enough for rating Palazzo Piccinno. Thank you Richard and Marco for this wonderful experience !
