We highly recommend staying at Ikaria Village Maisonette 12. We were extremely satisfied with our entire stay, both the accommodation itself and the incredibly kind and dedicated owners. A huge advantage is the airport transfer to and from the airport, as well as the possibility to rent a car directly from the owners, it was the most affordable option we found. In addition, the lovely lady who picked us up from the airport and took us to the office made us feel well taken care of from the very first moment. The owner, Christina, is an exceptionally helpful and caring person , whenever we were missing something (even laundry detergent), she brought it to us immediately, and it smelled amazing. 😊 It is more than certain that we will return again. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and we wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone dreaming of a peaceful holiday in Cyprus. 🥰

“Excellent hosts, wonderful property. Would recommend”

The property was fully equipped with everything we needed and was light, airy and comfortable. Linen change and cleaning at the end of the first week. View from the front was amazing especially at sunset. We moved one of the patio tables to the rear patio where we had breakfast in the shade of the tree which was quieter than sitting on the front patio. We reported a problem with the washing machine and a new one was delivered the following day. Hosts were friendly and helpful and quick to react to any questions/issues we had. There is a bus stop immediately outside the property and there was a very regular bus service into town.

Kids liked the staff for sweeping all available

The house is great for a five-member family. The property cleaner did a good job because the tidiness was on point. The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. There is (in the case of house 12, BL 6) space for seating in front of the house, and behind the house is an outside shower and space for drying the laundry. Beds are comfortable.

Nice house. Full of appliances. Nice info provided by owners. Good location. Downside is check out time. Should be at least 12. Leaving at 10 is way too early specially for families.

Very clean, modern apartment. You have all utilities that you need. Location is good, there is big pool almost right to the apartment. Hosts were super kind and super hospitable! I recommend this property to everyone!

“Clean and spacious apartment with a great view and location”

Great location - apartment overlooking the sea and right next to the bus stop (615 to the city center or Coral Bay). Couple of minutes of walk to the beach and almost private and clean swimming pool in the back. Maisonette was super clean and was fully equipped, including fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, oven, tv and all small AGD that you may need (e.g. toaster, electric kettle). Also, all rooms had air conditioner. All bedrooms were super cozy, with comfortable beds and private bathrooms. Each room had window with blinds that blocked sunlight and sound if needed. They were equipped with closets, so it allowed us to unpack and use the space more comfortably. Kitchen, as mentioned, was fully equipped. There was also a big kitchen table downstairs and nice tv space with sofa and chairs. Everything was working just fine :) Additionally the maisonette had entrance and back doors that went up to two small patios, where we were able to watch the sunsets or eat breakfasts in the sun. Hosts were super nice and we didn’t have any issues with check in/out. The whole stay was amazing :) I would highly recommend this place!

I like very much the friendly hosts. The villa was very clean, very well equiped and with a fantastic terrace with a nice view to the sea. I like that I have a free parking and a good WiFi. The kitchen was equipped beyond expectations. There was some very well spend money.

Everything was built with the idea of comfort, energy efficiency and space. The swimming pool was perfect and clean. The kitchen was very well equiped and we were able to cook and bake nice stuff. The owners were available, helpful and friendly. It was possible to park besides our home for free.

The location is excellent, near to beaches and also to the city center. The apartment was perfectly clean, and the hosts were so nice and helpful. The community pool is huge and clean. Everything feels like you are in a 5 star hotel. They also ran a car rental, we rent a car from them for a week.

Very nice, fully equipped flat. Pool nearby and not many people around (in August) There was everything we need. We have arrived late and found water and juice in a fridge :)

Self catering so no breakfast. Building work going on so a bit bleak view from the apartment to the sea - but no fault of the hosts. Interesting to see what the view will be like once all completed. Could not fault the hosts!
