This is a lovely, homely villa. It is well equipped and has everything you could need for all the family. The pool is great, it is shaded in the afternoon, which is really helpful in peak heat. The table tennis table is an extra bonus, and there are books to read in both English and Greek. Fantastic location, easy drive to anywhere. Supermarkets very nearby, central Paphos is approx 10 minute drive. All carparks are free. Many beaches to visit. You would need a car to get around, unless you are planning to use the buses. From the villa, the coastal promenade is few minutes walk away, and is stunning in the evening, with beautiful sunset views. The sunset is also a joy to watch from the rooftop verranda. The hosts are lovely- friendly and helpful. Can't wait to visit again! Thank you Andreas 😊

All the beds are comfortable which made the stay alot easier the villas and its location for our family.

Lovely villa with decent size bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen got all the equipment you need. Tennis table,BBQ and swimming pool in the garden. Walking distance to the beach. Local shop 2 minutes drive from the villa and is open 24 hrs. This place is what you need for a week break. Nice and quiet area. . Already booked the villa again for my September holiday. 🌞

Exceptional value for money, great layout with loads of space. Pool was a very good size and crystal clear. Was nice to be on a private road with just a few other villas. Andreas was on hand with anything that we needed.

The location was great we had car so able to move about freely, the pool was amazing and we loved all the geckos. Big space and great variety of utensils looked new, we have been coming to Cyprus for several year and we will be booking this accommodation again asap

The location was good for access to the beaches and Chloraka Village. The private pool was good and clean and implements to clean it left at the property and owner hoover cleaned during the stay. Table tennis was good facility. The upper sun deck was good but furniture in disrepair and unclean. The owners came to the property to discuss the property issues and brought new pillows and covers with a new sheet and mattress cover and accepted that they should have been changed before and double covers used to protect the pillows. The owners were kind to allow a late checkout on departure day with no new arrivals.

Location of the villa was very good for us. A car would be needed from here to visit even the Paphos restaurants, but we come to Cyprus every year and always hire one anyway, so no issue for us. Nice quiet residential location was perfect for our stay as a family The pool was a perfect size for our family, and was kept spotlessly clean Andreas was a perfect host; from popping in and introducing himself once we had settled in, to answering any questions we had during our stay

A lovely villa perfect for our family of 5 .Set in quiet area a 5 min walk to a small pebbled beach area ,beautiful for snorkeling and then you are able to carry on to walk along the coastal path which has beautiful scenery. The villa has a lovely pool and also a roof terrace which gives you beautiful views of the sunset .My husband loved the roof terrace at night because of the stars at night time and star gazing . The owners were so lovely and answered any questions quickly we had a little trouble finding the villa at first only because it was dark and we missed the signs . It's a 10 minute walk to the main bus route which can take you into Coral Bay or Paphos harbour . The local hotel the Paphos Breeze hotel ,which is 5 mins walk is a pick up point for many tours .I recommend the Authentic Cyprus tour with breakfast .We were taken up to the mountains to have a Cypriot breakfast cooked by Andreas and Sophia ,it was amazing ! They cooked halloumi fresh ,baked bread ,made Loukoumades and fresh cypriot coffee ,with vines and grapes above you .I asked my 17 year old daughter her favourite part of the holiday and it was this 👌 The Dimma bar is a 5 minute walk and Michael the owner is so nice ,he cooked us late food on our arrival night . A 20 minute walk to a couple of small supermarkets and a few restaurants ,all very flat walking so not a problem. I recommend the Angelika restaurant,the owners are so friendly ,prices are brilliant and another great sunset view 😀 . We didn't try the walk into Chloraka we drove because it was up hill but it's definitely worth a visit .We sat in a restaurant overlooking the church and square another lovely friendly bar with a beautiful view . The duck pond market is worth a visit if you like a jumble sale ,flea markets ,its a 15 min walk ,just before Mikes Kiosk. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to this villa or Paphos again .For me the villa is in a perfect area and the Cypriot people are so friendly

The host is amazing and did his best to make everything comfortable for us, on any requests he was very responsive and came to fix very fast, I would recommend this place for families

The location and outside space were fantastic, and the pool was wonderful and at the perfect temperature. The house was a very good size, especially for just two of us.

Very nice and helpfull owner. Villa has everything you need. Great location.
