Spacious, good sized rooms and the right amount of bathrooms. Dad was lovely and really kind! Well equipped in the kitchen with everything you’d need. The pool table is a great addition! Located in a nice spot too.

Everything was perfect for our stay.

Very nice people waiting for us when we arrived. They felt sorry for us that we were not informed about the contruction zone where we arrived. The other two houses, villa seashore 2 and 3 were of course empty. Booking provided an alternative location for us in Pomos.

“It was pretty good”

no instructions how to turn on water heater

Everything. The villa was not clean at all, smelled bad with quite old furniture , uncomfortable old mattress, very badly equipped kitchen with dirty utensils. There was not even a coffee machine. In the bathrooms there was nothing but really old and bad smelling soap. I would never stay there again. Important to know is that once you book via booking. Com, you would need to go through Agni Travel Ltd which have terrible track revord.

Went self catering, so self sufficient. Restaurants and supermarket within a few minutes drive from property. Felt very secure. Owner available if any queries arose (via whatsapp) and prompt action was taken when the wifi went down.

“Great place”

Very nice place, the pool is just great. We have been there for a week with 6 adults and 2 kids and it was perfect. The place is 40 minutes from paphos and the area is near the sea. The owner came few times to check that everything is okay.

Pool was lovely and attended to regularly. It was great to be so close to the sea. Plenty of shade. Air-con in bedrooms.

We stayed in villa number 1 (there are three villas in the complex), our villa was on the first line to the sea right in front of the beach - you can hear the sound of the waves and the sunsets are perfect!!!! Kitchen - the villa is well equipped with kitchen utensils, an oven, a stove and a refrigerator. Washing machine - in the yard near the parking lot, equipped with everything you need, please note that the electricity must be turned on at the switch located in the kitchen. Bedrooms - air-conditioned with comfortable beds, extra blankets and pillows, in each place for 2 guests (two rooms with a double bed and two rooms with two single beds), in each room a shower and toilet. Swimming pool - pay attention if you have toddlers... because the pool has no railing and the water height in the lower part is a meter and in the deep part a meter and a half. A large and luxurious pool. Location: the area is a bit far from Paphos airport (about an hour's drive), hence its charm... quiet, the sound of the sea waves, the chirping of birds. For us it was perfect! The staff is available for questions and answers, very kind.
