Location fabulous ... villa surrounded by orchards so it was secluded but only a short walk took you to bars, restaurants and shops. The owner, Andreas, visited every 2 days to clean the pool and water the plants. We had a late flight home and he let us stay at the villa until our transfer arrived.

Andreas was very welcoming and serviced the property every other day. The villa and surrounding ground are beautiful and we would definitely come back with the family when wee ones are a bit older to enjoy the night life !! We did love the location for access to bus and supermarkets and the beach.

Absolutely beautiful villa, in a lovely quiet and secluded location yet still close enough to the mall and Paphos harbour, via a short easy bus journey. Lovely short walk straight across the main road brings you to a lovely restaurant/bar (Baracas Lounge) which is perfect for a spot of breakfast or a nice cold drink with an incredible view, with a promenade following along the oceanfront for a nice walk to burn of breakfast. The host is such a wonderful and friendly gentleman, extremely helpful and nothing is too much. The villa itself is amazing, the pictures just don't do it justice. All of the bedrooms are huge, plenty of storage in each and the view from the balcony is beautiful, especially at sunset. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need for a week or two and the built in bbq in the garden was immaculately clean. The pool is a nice size, and was perfect for a swim to cool down from the hot Cyprus sun. Can't wait to go back next year.

It was an unforgettable holiday in a wonderful place and Andreas is one of the nicest people! The location of the villa gives pleasant privacy. Large well-kept area, excellent swimming pool which was cleaned every second day. Working air conditioners in every room and enough bathrooms for a large group. A pleasant surprise was the presence of some products in the fridge.

Everything was amazing. We had the best holiday. Location was perfect. Close to shops, beaches and restaurants. Easy bus route.

The privacy of the villa was ideal. The space and pool were excellent. Walking distance to sea front and a few bars/restaurants. Bus stop not far if didn't want to drive to Kato Paphos. The owner was friendly, available/contactable and helpful. Amenities pack on arrival was nice touch. WiFi worked great. Air conditioning in every room was a god send in the heat.

Great position near to bars and tavernas and close to a bus stop with a cheap bus to get to all attractions. Loved the pool for a cool down and the rooms were all spacious and well equipped. Showers powerful (you need to press a switch beforehand to get the best pressure) and lots of helpful and kind groceries to get us started as we arrived late Saturday (bread, milk, cheese, bacon, eggs, fruit) which we were very grateful for. Pool serviced every other day and we were met on arrival (even though it was almost 11pm) so we were told how to use everything. Wonderful stay- thank you!

location was good for us as we new the area, views are unreal from balcony especially at night, we used car hire at bottom of drive. also bus stop is 2 mins walk, the bars next to villas are really nice especially barracas bar. new horizon pub do really nice food aswell both 2 mins walk from villas.

The villa was amazing. Plenty of room, the pool, place to chill outside, tv, clean and spacious kitchen. The host was so nice and helped if needed, he even let an extra person to stay. Location was perfect. Few shops nearby and close to the city. Easy to check in and out.
