We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Villa Charoula Tria. The villa itself was beautiful, spotlessly clean, spacious, and very well equipped. The private pool was amazing and made our holiday extra special. The location was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. What really made our stay exceptional was the owner. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available to answer any questions we had. He went above and beyond, even driving us to places when needed and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The combination of a lovely villa and such outstanding hospitality made this one of the best holiday experiences we’ve had. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again

“Hidden gem”

We couldn't choose a better place to stay. Villa has all you may need during your stay, dishes, washing machine, dryer, loungers, AC/heaters etc. Most importantly it is located in an absolutely wonderful orange and olive tree growth - a private place close to Polis town centre and a beach. Also a 5-10min walk away there is a coffee shop. I will truly miss the scent of orange tree bloom.

Stunning rural location surrounded by orange trees. Spacious villa with lovely outdoor spaces and private pool. Walkable into Polis town (approx 20 to 25 mins). Very friendly and helpful owner. This is our second visit to these villas and would return again.

Excellent villa amazing place the hosts were such friendly people and very willing to assist. I would definitely visit again this villa l. Swimming pool was the perfect size

“Amazing Stay.”

Absolute fantastic stay. The Villa was perfect for our young family. A nice quiet area and only a short drive into town. The pool was really well maintained and clean and the owner came to check all was well just after our arrival. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were all clean and in good order for our stay. Would 100% recommend for a young family. Brilliant.

Had an amazing stay was very happy with this private villa! We loved the pool, owner was very friendly and helpful asking if we needed anything. We would love to return.

“A Taste of Paradise...”

The Villa is the nicest one we have ever stayed in. It is spectacular with its beautiful views, magnificent gardens, outdoor patios and upper sun deck. We swam every day in the pool it was truly mahical and every room in the villa was perfect. The owners were so helpful too. Fantastic all round!

The house, pool and surrounding were excellent. It's like the dream come true vacay house. Kitchen has everything you need. Living room is very spacious with a big table. Bedrooms comfortable and with the ACs.

“Amazing !!!!!”

Property was lovely and clean. We was over to look at properties to move over..so we wasn't in the property that much..but there was everything in there..from pots and pans to spices!!! They really have thought of everything. The area was perfect polis was amazing!!! We had a car hire so could easily get about...really vlose to latchi harbour which was amazing too...villa was lovely and peaceful. You can't beat waking up to the sounds of the birds tweeting 😍 I would stay here again definitely !!

“Adequate accomodation and a nice area to explore by car.”

Nice peaceful location, you can walk to the nearest village in apx 30 mins, although we had a car. Spatial villa with all the basics. Nearby Polis is a small but quaint village with great restaurants. Laatchi Marina is worth a visit and has a nice beach.

The location and the environment was nice, and the house was fully equipped.

The location was great 5 minutes by car to Polis. Clean house and swimming pool with all the necessary amenities. Very quite place, especially at night.

“Perfect for family time with a pool and lots of privacy”

Everything about this property is great. A nice and quite location surrounded by fruit trees. It was perfectly designed to maintain the privacy of guests from other villas. 5 minutes drive take you to the beach, shops, restaurants.

The pool was very good and big. Outdoor space was great. Location great secluded and quiet. Good size property
