Everything is amazing about this villa - from the pool, to the inside space to the roof terrace. The views from the roof are stunning especially at sunset. The pool is perfect for cooling off during the day. This villa has everything you could need on your holiday. It’s a lovely size and so comfortable - the perfect place to relax and have some down time with family or friends.

We stayed for 2 weeks and our host left us a welcome gift of a large fruit bowl local wine bread milk butter jam biscuits etc Pambos our host checked in on us regularly by phone and couldn’t have been more helpful We know the area well and the villa was perfectly located for our needs close to the sea and our favourite places. You need a hire car here and the driveway took 2 small cars easily but is tight for manoeuvres but manageable with care

Our stay at the villa was excellent. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until very late, but Pambos kindly stayed up to welcome us and give us a tour of the property even at 1am. The villa had everything we needed and made us feel right at home. What really stood out was the hospitality—after we had checked out, Pambos still allowed us to come back later in the day for a shower before heading to the airport, which was a huge help after a final day at the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Athina. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the beach, supermarkets, and plenty of bars and restaurants, with a bus stop nearby for easy trips to Coral Bay or Paphos Harbour. The villa itself is very spacious, with plenty of room to relax, and the rooftop terrace was a real highlight – the views were incredible, especially at sunset. We also really appreciated the level of privacy the villa offered, which made it feel like a true getaway. Our host, Pambos, was incredibly hospitable. He welcomed us with a thoughtful package on arrival, which was greatly appreciated, and he checked in periodically throughout the week to make sure everything was going well. All in all, a wonderful experience – highly recommended!

Pambos the owner is incredibly accommodating and was kind enough to bring us cookies for our journey home on our last day. He went above and beyond to have the place fully equipped - on arrival he had filled the fridge with water, wine, milk, butter etc. The villa had absolutely everything we needed. The sunset view from the roof terrace and the privacy of the pool were our main highlights. Thanks Pambos!

Very good location. Extremely accommodating host. Spacious.

We were warmly welcomed by the host and shown around. We felt really welcome because he had prepared a gift for our daughter under the Christmas tree, fruit and various food products. It was very nice and we had never experienced such a welcome before. The villa is equipped with everything you need. There is a terrace on the roof with a wonderful view. 400 m from the villa is a promenade along the seashore, a great place for walks or a morning run. We will definitely come back!

The host was very kind and helpful. He gave us a tour around the house and gave us a lot of good tips for restaurants, beaches and so on. The house, yard and the swimming pool were very clean and fresh. We enjoyed our stay very much.

What can I say, it was beautiful, had everything we needed, bus stop so close to get everywhere. Just amazing. Owner was friendly and kind, will definitely be going back! Wished we didn't have to leave!

Beautiful villa in a lovely residential area beside the sea. The owner really has thought of everything for you to have a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the gorgeous pool which is was very clean and warm. We had a fabulous time!

Everything! This place is just amazing , best villa in Paphos ! Beautiful pool and breathtaking sunset in the evening. Also Pambos , tho owner , was so nice and kind to us . I will definitely come back again !
